The Rocky's resident wacky social conservative says the only presidential candidate playing [cliche alert!] the "race card" is Barack Obama.
When it suits his purpose, he'll exploit the race card to portray himself as either a victor or a victim. You can expect this to be a recurring theme in the Obama campaign: If you oppose him, you're a racist.
