"No on Denver's 100, yes on 1A"

The Rocky is against Denver Initiative 100, which would require the city to impound the vehicles of drivers without a license. It would also allow police to impound the vehicle of anyone that "may be reasonably suspected of being an illegal alien."

"Reasonably suspected?" One man's "reasonable" is another's "outrageous." Giving police this discretion is carte blanche for abuse.

The Rocky is in favor of 1A, which modifies the way the Denver City Council treats citizen initiatives.

  1. I wonder how soon a "racially selective enforcement suit" will be filed costing the City of Denver "mucho dinero" A money maker for the first few legal but forgetful hispanics will become wealthy as a result of this rediculous legislation. The cops let the first forgetful WASP go and "the jig is up"
