The group of hippies behind "Tent State University" has a deadline today. These guys want to hang out in City Park during the Democratic National convention, but they have to meet some guidelines.
According to the Rocky:
Sometime today, the student-led group must submit detailed plans to the city regarding sanitation, parking, amplified sound, security and cleanup, among other things.
BlueCarp bets that they hand in a plan written on notebook paper with french fry grease on it. And they had to borrow the pen from the waitress at the Waffle House. Last night.
From what we can tell, Tent State organizers have made a half-hearted attempt, if that, to satisfy the conditions relating to City Park and its grounds.
It's hard to get focused after you've smoked two joints (and then you smoke two joints).
The Rocky says "Play time is over." But it's not. "Tent State University" and other agitators will play games until the convention is over and they hitchhike out of town.
