"Deliberate overreaching by the government"

Federal agents have, once again, exceeded their authority in the name of "law and order."

In a recent decision concerning federal agents seizing information, the Chief Judge for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Alex Kozinsky, wrote:

"This was an obvious case of deliberate overreaching by the government in an effort to seize data as to which it lacked probable cause."

"Deliberate overreaching by the government" happens everyday in every state and in ever county and in every city in this country. Fighting that overreaching is hard. It is time-consuming. It is expensive. And mostly it is patriotic.

Be patriotic.
